Can i verify Paypal address that was under a suspended ebay account

I have a address of my mother in laws that i was going to use to set up a new accounts under, but it was under a gift address on my old account that was supended, will this link me to my old account????

and when i open a new account will i every be able to send myself anything to the suspeneded account main address????

I have had purchases on ebay sent to a suspended address and it never linked my accounts together. This is just my experience though, maybe others have had other experiences related to this.

you can try a different name and a variation of your address, but so you know it will get to you.

Gift address, as in you asked a seller to send to that address once/ Thats no probelm, if thats what you mean, you can use it.
