Negative Account Blance

If your account is in negative balance and you dispute a transaction and win the dispute

does the refund go straight back to your card or does it fill up the minus balance ?

Seems like it fills the minus balance - Paypal doesn't like negatives

Paypal isn't going to give you the money on your card if you owe them.

So if i was to dispute a previous transaction that was made with my card
and i won the dispute , it would go to the balance and not refunded back to my card ?

If you chargeback through your bank or credit card co. you may have more luck than a PayPal dispute.

Honestly, I don't know for sure though.

Yea that's the beat way as just mentioned, call your CC company and dispute the charge

I take it you disputed through PayPal rather than a chargeback throw that your credit card?
