courier evidence took too long ebay refunded cutomer

Sold 3 items to a lady she went into a dispute not recv ,even thou it was delivered ,,but the courier took to long to send evidence,,, so ebay refunded her
so she has the money plus the items

Ebay says i should ask her to send the money back to me

she has always admitted she has items and is happy and told ebay thru ebay and left positive feedback as well

What can i do if she starts messes me around

First, see if she will pay you through paypal again.

If not, call ebay and tell them you want to appeal the decision.
They should refund you but you need to call and ask them
for an appeal and how to process it.

we cannot answer what ifs...
unlikely to be a competitor if they left good feedback, what would their aim be?
the buyer giving money back is completely outside of ebay, so it will not get enforced by them....just like when ebay tells you that you are free to sue someone if you fall outside their rulings etc.

She may well mess you about but that is still your best option and you will not know until you try

Treat the buyer like king/queen. I would get the best feedback out of them and cut my losses. Why. Because I ended up here from low Dsr through shipping complaints and made it worse by arguing my side of things. 2,3,4 of them in a short space of time will lend you in trouble. Also remember flee bay will favour the buyer and very little help to you the seller unless you are top rated. I miss my top rated status as I now realise they gave me so much leeway.

The balls in her court, eBay and Amazon are anti-seller, I had a £60 loss couple days ago. Returned item sent to a wrong address, still they refunded. Its BS
