Default Entropay Is Bull****

They dont have that 3d secure thing so you cant buy anything on ebay it just shows a blank page and fails automatically.
That triggers paypal security systems and then every other payment says we cant process your details right now

Any other UK vcc you can recommend for Paypal buyer accounts ?

It's possible this is a new development as there have been a few reported issues with entropay in the last week (though mainly with paypal)

I last bought items using entropay about 2 months ago. All worked fine then.

I've bought two items on eBay yesterday and the day before. EntroPay through PayPal. No problems.

My account was bank verified though and a few months old.

Hope this info helps narrow down the problem.

What do you mean low value?

I've spent over £200 in 2 transactions.

Thanks

I have bought a LOT of items on EBay using Entropay.

There are more security checks, but it does work.

Transactions are often blocked due to the age of the EBay/Paypal account, risky behaviour, and anything else the systems decides to block.

The only way to get round this is to wait it out and try again.

On established, aged, fully verified accounts these issues hardly occur.

This is key in this issue.

Brand new account, virtual card, you're gonna get blocked.

This is just my opinion but is based on extensive research, along with common sense.

Well, this looks a bit sinister and one I hope doesn’t mean the end of my Buying account using a VCC.

I’ve been ‘stealth live’ since the beginning of August, bidding and buying with no problems using my Paypal linked and verified Etropay VCC for small and mid-price bid wins and BIN items £5 up to £350 with no problems. (This is a Buying only account and will never be used for selling)

I further verified my Entropay VCC, with Entropay, to the highest status level thus allowing me to top it up daily to their maximum amount if ever needed.

I have not Paypal linked or verified a Bank Account to this stealth Paypal account as I use the VCC for buying only. I have another long-term live Paypal account (12 + years) used for buying that has only ever had a CC linked and verified and never a bank account.

I do hope that this issue people are experiencing is not going to become the new normal…

It can happen at anytime
because entropay dont have that verified by visa thing theres no way you can complete it.

" If the security code is incorrect and 3D-Secure authentication fails, you will not be able to use the card to fund a transaction until you successfully complete the 3D-Secure password challenge from your bank. "

Once it fails every other payment you try making will say
" we cant process your details right now "

On reading this thread it seems the issues people are having with Entropay are related to buying accounts, Are people having any issues using Entropay to confirm their PayPal selling accounts ?

That has been discussed at painful length in other threads.
