eBay Additional Address Link???

Hi, i have a few old eBay accounts where they all have different name & address :D

But i added the same address as a additional address on all of them, for customers to send returns.

Some accounts was suspended this was a good few months ago, but other accounts are still active, so i was wondering if eBay & paypal link via additional address?

I don't think it is automatic as I have done this on buying only accounts so I can receive goods, and those accounts are still active.

However if the account goes into review and that address is linked to a previously suspended account then I suspect that would be all she wrote
