eBay account help

My ebay account has recently been taking a hit on the feedback and opended cases due to stock control error. My feedback went from 100% to 98.2% with 3 negs. selling performance is below standard. only on item has described and opened cases, also had listing remove by vero so policy compliance is on medium. I have made another new account with same info but not logged on to it from the same pc. Shall i just close my old account so there is less risk of getting suspended or shall start improving by listing small items to bulid feedback back up. I wouldn't want my new account getting banned.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's worth saving. Find a cheap product that moves well. No need to make huge profits, just get something going that can guarantee good feedback. I do it all the time when I need a boost.

Should have opened the new one with different details just to be safe.

This can obviously still work when selling slowly but e bay are not taking kindly to users deciding to open a new account to get past poor perfromance, policy violations and seller limits.

Might as well keep the other account, not sure if you actually have to wait a certain amount of days before you can close it, in case a buyer opens a dispute for a refund.

Stock control problems and 3 vero violations , suppose it can happen to anyone, just usually is a certain type of seller.

Opening new accounts for solid use is always a good idea and never too late. This eb ay account of yours is salvageable if you sell different things and bump up your feedback/dsr. Has been done.
