depends what it was suspended for - if it was non-payment of fees, then i dont see why not, but some of the more experienced members would be better qualified to give an answer.

If it is reinstated though, you would have to tread carefully, just like with a stealth - buy a couple of things first, dont list too much to start with, etc.

And make sure there are no problems with the ppal accout it is linked with (if there is one)

best of luck!

As Daz has stated - it is a nice account but best to make sure with live chat.

Hello

If it's due to the 5.50 then there should be a message about it in your messages, well whatever the reason there will be a message why the account was limited, just read through them, if you can't find it look through the attached email account.

i was in the same posistion a while ago where i found an old account from 2003 and i owed 15.00, there was a meesage stating that if i paid the fees my account would be returned to normal so i thought whatthe hell and paid it.
over the next 2 months i purchased a few high and low value items and slowly intergrated my selling activity, then i opend another two account link to the same pp to rotate the selling. the good thing about this is there was no selling limtations.

If there is no paypal account already attached, you need to be very careful about how you deal with it, there are a few option how to go about it but make no mistake if you want the account to make it take good care.

you need to really research and concider your options on how to go about getting this baby up and running, you could of corse fall at the first hurdle through no fault of your own as you will have of already flagged it by simply loggin in, just just hope you logged in with a fresh windows user acc and none used I.P

As TizWoz alluded, could be successful. Basically it comes down to a 5.50 GB gamble. In your shoes, I would speak to live chat first and then again after payment is made. I would do it.

But as mentioned, the account is in his real name, which has been used with a limited PayPal. So it is not a great scenario.

Still, for £5, I would give it a shot! Let us know the outcome.

Ah right: I missed - his real name, which has been used with a limited PayPal....

that would be a big problem for new pp but there are ways of getting round this. Hell, you could attach a verified pp and never use it so may stay unlimited for awhile.

Yes, everyone in the u.k has to use paypal as a payment meothed, as everything there are ways round this but not worth the loss in sales and its not for this account.

the account has been around for years taking a few months to set it up right is not going to kill you in the mean time go stealth with another account or two if you must.
