morning all. I was selling some jewelry, charma and bracelets by a well known designer. To cut a long story short they got took down by vero. The strange thing is, it was not the actual rights owner of the jewelry, but another well knwon designer that removed them...any ideas..TIA

I thought it could be that the brand owns the other brand or your competition filled a Vero claim against you.

You could probably start by e-mailing eb ay and sending some photos with proof. You might need to stretch the lines a bit...if you understand the concept.

It is 1 of 2 things,,,Either both jewlery companies belong to the Same Parent Company, making them 1 big happy family or the 2 Jewlery companies have and agreement with each other in place to "Police" Ebay to protect both ther Brand names,,Believe me that is NOT so far fetched even if they are Direct Competitors, Because at the End of the Day inferior Counterfeit replicas of their products can hurt them FAR more than they can hurt Each other simply competing for sales.

Exactly what is happening. They have made a pact with each other to minimize their goodies being sold. Started being bar stewards B4 Easter. Got tough of late..

In particuar, they are both gunning for the foo-foos. ( And that quality is well foo-foo)
