Default new account problem: how to solve it

here what i got when i tried to sell something on my ebay account

eBay has restricted your ability to list new items as a result of a violation of eBay’s Intellectual Property policy. You can still access other features on eBay.

We'd be happy to lift this restriction once you've completed a brief tutorial about this policy. Once you've completed the tutorial, you can begin selling again immediately.

Take the tutorial

Thank you for supporting our efforts to maintain a safe marketplace.

can anybody tell me what happens there , what do i need to do?

Asked and answered. Don't repeat the mistakes that got you into "violated" territory would be another SOLID tip.

press any button on tutorial you get thru it quicker than it you actually read it.....list same thing or even another vero brand and you might get your second strike though, so steer clear of it for good or at least 3months.........

do not worry - you cannot fail it, if you press it wrong, they give you answer and then arrow to next question.....

what you ought to worry about is the strikes you will get from future branded sales. This is something that can take down your account.
