anyone knows how to solve the ip problem for OZ ebayer registering US accounts?

i am trying to register some US ebay accounts, however, i don't really know how to slove the ip problem when i am in OZ. is there any VPN still can be used for ebay? thanks

VPN are frowned upon by ebay

simply list worldwide on your own country ebay or via auctiva directly on to target site, Ive also read (post by juicyas), that on auctiva you can change your country and then list on target site, eg list on UK auctiva , changes country postcode to UK, lists direcly on to UK site, the buyers will see you are in UK, although the ebay account will be registed in Aus.

I cant say this for sure for everyones country or ISP as it may vary but it is the opinion of a forumer Ive read, cant remember who, in US though, she does this. It is also my personal experience. Foreign ebay account, must be set up in origin country then can be managed from elsewhere. I have done this and it worked no probs.
