Reinstatment been rejected again!

I sent the docs in again for reinstatment and been told i have been rejected again, silly idiots, can i take ebay to court?

eBay has more money than you and will squash you even more into the ground.

don't let them fool you into thinking you can be reinstated. they just hang that carrot in front of your face to get you to pay for the last months seller fees. move on and screw them out of the fees.

its generally a waste of time, you have no way to contact them except via email which takes them ages to reply and is generally an automated response which wont answer your question.

Its unfortunate, its happened to all of us. Taking them to court will do you more damaged then good and probably cause you more stress.

Its better to start over, once you do get into a roll, churn out a few back up accounts so if/when they suspend you for some bs reason again, your ready to go!
