i have taken just passport photo and bill and used it for paypal.

also walked in to natwest with the same thing

So I just need to take a good photo of a bill/statement and passport sized photo and that is enough to open bank accounts or verify paypal?

I rack up 50 buyer feedback within 10 minutes. Haven't seen any difference or it helping me out in any way..... IMO buyer fb has nothing 2 do with your seller acc.... wouldn't hurt to get some tho... always shows the buyer that your active and that your no there just to collect and run.
