PP Limitation Lifted - eBay hasnt been

Hi, I recently had my PP restricted with a request for docs. As a result my EB was also restricted.

I've solved the PP problems but EB is still telling me to go to the resolution centre in paypal.

What makes it all the more frustrating is that every option is to call PP. If you message them you get an automated message telling you to call them. If you go through the 'contact EB' option it tells you to call PP

Use different reason and request to talk to an account specialist. Depending on the reason you select for your call, you may not be allowed to call. Just choose "I'm a buyer, problem with a purchase" or any other option, and request to speak to an account specialist once you get someone on the line.

Well, once your account gets restricted, the only option that they will make available to you it to Email them, which is laborious so instead, select a different reason for contacting eBay then they will make call and chat available to you and when you get connected, explain your problem to them and they will connect you to the relevant department where your issue will be addressed.
