Started Selling Again .... should ebay not phone me?

Started selling again, only a couple of items, not even the same type or category of item that i was when i got suspended. But each time I listed I was waiting on the ebay phonecall to verify that I was who I say I was ( sort of :D)

This never happened. I thought that they did this with all new seller accounts. Have they stopped ?

I have found that their calls have been less frequent. Between 'our' group we have had
4 calls on six new accounts. However, the phones are still active for ebay calls.
