YES, Real ID + verified My bank card via "Trustly" I had to log in to My online bank account to prove it is real.

Before the name was identical , surname stealth but looked similar, DOB stealth and stealth Address. And as I said the ebay account with these real details were suspended on ebay few years ago

Hello,

Ebay started to restrict My stealth accountants and forcing to switch to managed payments. PLEASE NOTE they do not suspend they restrict .

Basically I can not do anything on My listings (edit, adjust quantities , change titles etcs, change descriptions)

I can only end listing !=)))

I have 1000+ units for sale and once they sold out I wont be able to sell anymore . there will be "zero" items for sale and no option to increase quantities.

I highly suggest to You guys to go to Your listings and increase quantities on Your listings.

Do as much as You can 5000 , 10 000 ,the more the better ! :ranger:

Ok if you didn't do the verification via Trustly they would have most definitely banned you.

I didn't do the Trustly part, but gave them my real statement and they ran a soft credit check.

So I guess by you doing the Trustly verification they had no need to run the soft credit check.

What does the Trustly verification involve ? what are the steps for that ?

I do not agree but anyways , I will do new accounts within few weeks without confirming them through "Trustly" . There will be stealth account + real ID, Real Bank card but creative bank statement ( the problem is Trustly doesnt accept all banks just few on the list and this card is not on the list")

The steps to confirm Your bank account via "Trustly" are very easy! Basically You need to log in to Your online bank account few times , via "Trustly link . Your bank will ask Your permission to give the access to ""Trustly" , this will be done via phone call automatically (bank will will ask for pass code , but this depends on the bank) very similar to person to person transaction the only difference you do not need to pay them =)

If You are right , than soon stealth accounts will be distinct! But anyway there are many methods to come back, I will always be selling on ebay :ranger:

After 26th October, the ability to revise, restock and renew current listings will cease. However, GTC listings currently live, will end after the 30 day cycle has ended and not renew

Well I went live today and all is good all my listings have been updated for MP
Full stealth account
Doctored drivers license excepted
Doctored bank account details on statement excepted
So stealth is possible but who knows time will tell if it lasts

But so far looks good

UK drivers license has a ten year expiry date, ebay should accept this form of id, so may be used if the account is within this time frame, until license renewed, same with passport (if made with 10 years or whatever). However, the National Database where the id details are stored, may not show up this info, if the id's are stealth. So, was your id a real banned id, but slightly doctored, or 100% stealth id?

Was the name and address on the bank statement changed to match the stealth ebay account? with account number/sort code, to complete the statement setup?

It was my real driving licence but name and address changed to match my address on ebay also the date of birth and signature, photo plus the back of the licence was all changed.

Bank statement just the name was changed to match the name on ebay account,
Account number and sort code is all they care about like I said they can't check the name on you bank account well my bank will not disclose it

Fingers crossed this lasts, i have seen a few threads where 1-2 weeks later the account is then banned which must be related to some comms from the bank

yes but it more labour intensive having to do this rather than a quick scan check.. they must be getting literally thousands of these applications daily

They are not going to all the trouble checking driving licence numbers like Richie2065 says they are getting thousands of applications as long as the documents look good they will pass them

anyone facing same issue as me?

i have 4 account managed to pass MP and has been activated doing well and all of a sudden i get hit with slient suspension my account listing gone missing and account just suspended.

I find it strange that eBay do this why would they need to check your account again and then suspend it, have you been getting payments sent to your bank account OK?

Good work. So it looks possible to create stealth accounts with names similar to real name, stealth address date of birth phone number, ip etc and then upload real id and verify bank card by trustly and seems to go through, I'll give it a try at some point as I have till January to move one of mine over. My only question would be how many times you could do this on you real id without them being connected?...

Ok so i contacted my bank they can change my address no problem, so bank statement address is easy to change.

Just hire mailbox service.

So i will use my real name but they will think its a different person with same name.

But date if birth? How do i get round that?

I have had my ebay stealth account for 3.5 years and been earning £1.5K/per week I'd hate to go back to zero income.

Last option is sisters or mother details.

I would not do it more then once per ID and bank account!

1 stealth = 1 real account ( do not connect more then one stealth account to Your real bank , Im talking about Managed payments)

Bear in mind they can link similar accounts I had recently got suspended for matching details with other user

Also I had mentioned before that Im struggling with one of My real ebay+ real docs+ managed payments ( they can not confirm details) All legit

Not sure if the account is checked twice. Could be when docs are submitted, you will get the initial acceptance for MP, which may not affect current listings or account for now and carry on as normal, due to the information marked as "Pending". Once the information has been verified, the account will be moved on to MP or banned.

Guys thanks for all the info you are putting up, just wanted to run something past with you guys, i purchased an account around 6 months on totally different details to mine, my account accounts were suspended around 8 months ago, and anything i try to open on my home address gets banned, got an email from ebay that they want me to register for MP by mid January, if i was to change my account name at the second stage when registering for Managed payments ( Update Account info) would that give me a better chance, also has anyone used their own name but a different bank account to which their old suspended ebay was linked to and managed to get through?

It could be possible it is just a name issue with the bank - (not address) so you could change the name and see if this then passes?
this would then also allow for multiple accounts as the address would be different on all accounts?
this is just a stab in the dark however

Yes, You can switch stealth account to real one using Your old details which where banned on ebay.

It doesn't matter when You change name on ebay account , I did both ways.

1. changed name then registered on MP
2. did not change nothing and ebay changed all My details automatically to match My new ID.


I did two in total they both are working fine no issues.

So far they haven't requested any proof of address.

Yet so many people being suspended after acceptance of docs and then following the go live date on MP??
there must be a process you and a couple of others are using to pass?

All accounts working well, no issues ( high turnover accounts)

Only one of the accounts had a soft suspension after selling for 1 month using MP and ebay is requesting payslip or any other proof of the employment.

I have been now appealing this for the last 2-3 weeks , no results yet, just being redirected to different departments (all communication via emails)

No positive results so far. I will reply here the outcome
