They automatically tried to withdraw to my bank. Payouts was set everyday.

No successful payouts. First two was declined. Waiting for a new verification which they will add to my Ebay by Monday or Tuesday.

it is likely an ID problem where they check each ID and seed out the ones that do not match their criteria , I guess the days of old stealth are over

customer cannot make payment,why should it be your problem?
could it be on his end?

Few customer contacted with me about this. I know its in my account. Ebay told i need to verify A NEW METHOD to receive payments and payouts. Will find out what they ask on Monday or Tuesday.

You don't want Monday to come aound and you call and they have no idea what your talking about.

in other words it is the same thing as a paypal limitation where they request additional information and do not allow to receive new payments in the meantime and of course do not allow to withdraw.

it looks more and more than the new managed payments system will be exactly the same thing as paypal previously only with very tough id verification and strong limitations on which withdrawal methods you can use. it will also be no better as far as "frozen funds" are concerned.

No reference was given. They said a RED banner will pop up by next few day. Lets see what they ask.

I uploaded the bank statement. Did not log in through Ebay. I thought they may see my other bank account which is connected to other Ebay MP accounts.

Has anyone experimented with creating ltd company , changing name to real name, dob, address on stealth and submitting ltd company bank account?

Nah aydens checks are much more thorough. It's not as easy as the paypal checks where they just "glance" at the documents.

Since OP has done pretty much what I was planning to do, I didn't want to risk losing this store so just submitted my real details.

the thing with paypal is that when the limitation is high level meaning that all operations are blocked on a well running account incl. receiving money then they usually ask for id and additional documents and after upload the account is almost always suspended indefinitely so I would not really see paypal as easy to deal with as far as a high level limitation is concerned

Eventually we will find a way. Everything at first is strict. Ebay is going loose a lot of money i think after all this suspension i think.

I don't think they will lose as much as we sellers lose and they know we will get back on even if that means starting again with your granny name.

That would have been my final move. Should I find no way to get back on it's asking a family members permission to get back to business. Possibly my mother or father who have never used ebay or amazon in their life so I could potentially have fresh accounts.

kicking out business sellers is not that dangerous to ebay but private sellers are gonna become a problem. if they make registration and use of MP as strict as currently for business sellers they will be losing lots of traffic , it is unlikely that small private sellers would be willing to go through all that trouble they are putting business sellers through and those sellers are also buyers who would be more than ready to abandon ebay all along and go to competition

I registered my personal account for MP and it got activated immediately. If someone want to try with theirs let know how it went. I used my real details and am not in urgent need of stealth so I guess it should go well in my case. if someone want to use stealth with personal they can try as obviously no waiting time is involved , all listings got updated for MP within minutes of registration

Just now another account suspended. Bank and ID was verified. I tried total 5 accounts so far. No success. All account was in real name but address and DOB stealth. Bank account and Id docs was made professionally. No more account left to try. If anyone find as proper solution please update.

Same thing for me just now. 1 success (back in June) 2 fails. ID seemed 2 pass at first and then 5 days later account gets suspended without appeal. It’s not a bank issue, it’s to do with the ID
