MP payouts declined after successfully enrolled
 

After successfully activation for MP payouts declined. Legit Santander bank just address changed on bank statement provided to Ebay. Today buyer sent me a message he tried to place an order but can not make payments. I think this account is going to suspend. Already lost 3 solid count after registering for MP.

its a common problem at the moment, ebay/adyen are performing some checks which are flagging back. this you would think points to a name and address issue with the bank however some people have passed these and are running MP with stealth details
so is it a check on the name and address at the address thats failed - doubtful
is it the bank rejecting the requests because the name/address doesnt match -??

The address does not matter - it will be the name and ID that are causing issues

Looks like a name / ID thing to me. @rafiqbd you say it's a legit santander acc but what about the name, DOB and ID you submitted ? were they real or made up.

The address wont effect it

Its what ID is submitted that is the issue.

Address and date of birth is stealth do not match with my real dob. They sent me confirmation message on Ebay bank and I'd verified. But after activation funds pa outs declined. Today a customer message me he can not make a payment and I had no sale today. I am expecting soon account will be suspended. Already lost 4 solid stealth ebay accounts which i was running for 6 to 7 years. I have no courage anymore to try. No success for me so far.

I have my legit Ebay account ruining solid with MP. Never needed to upload Id or bank statement. Stealt account is the problem I think.

For me it's time to concentrate on my legit account and make it bigger. Until I get full confidence to register with MP again no more registration. For sake of experiment lost my 4 golden goose. No strenth left. Docs and ID was professionally make but I think the seupend because of no database match.

This is exactly my worry, losing my stores "experimenting"

I am so tempted to just put in my real information but terrified they will take away my legit account as well with a mass ban.

Haven't been this stressed in a long time.

Has anybody had a full stealth account pass MP and receive payments in the last month or so?

I had one pass in July, but with the latest one I submitted docs, and then 10 days later a full ban (usually the docs just get rejected if they are not right). I don’t think it was the docs themselves and Whilst they can do database checks, I don’t think they would reject on the basis of not passing an electronic check, as that is when they ask for ID.

I didn’t even get to the stage of accepting payments, but I don’t think a mismatch name is the issue, checking with my Bank I had the eBay direct debit already set up.

But despite your most recent account getting banned you have one that's through, receiving payments just fine that is full stealth ?

So made up name, address, docs ?

Just CHAT with Ebay about my customer can not make payments and my payouts declined...

They said: It looks like you'll need to verify you account details, there isn't a red banner that you need to do this with. I will be requesting for the banner to be populated.

I said: i already provided documents

They said: I can see those, they look good. It is another verification step that we have, it didn't populate correctly which is why your buyers can't pay and your payouts are sending.
It's a easy fix and we will get it handled for you.

Why did you lose 4 other stores though ? what did you do differently with those ?

Bank account verifies at first easily with every account. After uploading photo ID problem happens. I tried driver license and passport id and expected at least can save 2 accounts. Last try what they just said today: another kind of verification...

Time to come out from my comfort zone. Successfully run stealth account for 10 years all thanks to Aspkin forum. Now will spend most of my time with my legit account. Question is you never know when you make a mistake and they suspend your main and last one.

Few good stealth accounts left going to put them in: CRYOSLEEP

So have you received any payment via MP yet? Or is it just a case of when you have sold an item a buyer cannot pay?

Two payments received after activation. But two payouts was declined. Now customer can not make payments.

When you say payout do you mean you have tried to withdraw the money to your bank and it has declined? I have received my first MP payment it is showing as pending so im waiting for that money to be free from any holds and then I will withdraw.
