The ****ers are slowly refunding the buyers already 700 refunded to the buyers how much more can I take blows after blows I feel like giving up honestly the worst year ever
Pretty much anyone who is putting a dispute there refunding
Sad but true, any disputes after you are suspended= auto refunds

I thought as much. When i got banned from mc011, buyers can open disputes but i would still have some sort of seller protection.
But yes, a perm hard suspension is a sticky one.
When i had the same as OP, i lost a few quid, but also messaged buyers asking for reimbursement. These were high end items, and i would say 70% gave me the money back.

Most honest buyers would.
Even if ebay refunded them, it's theft if they don't pay you back and keep the item. There is nothing stopping you from pursuing those funds via small claims court. Especially if it's say a £1000 apple iphone for example.

unfortunately that is one of the main risks with MP , taking away the ability to run multiple accounts means that a lot of volume is accumulated in one place and you never know if you get suspended , considering that suspension can easily occur in absence of any violations but due to "risk management"
