How Do You Know if your Docs have been verified

Okay guys please help, Might sound silly but a general question as im not sure

Building a Stealth account and although they havent yet asked for Docs, want to send them in regardless. Now the reason im doing this is the fact that i dont want to just waste an added bank account and get limited straight away

So

a: is it wise to call them and ask them to send the upload link as it seems the instant electoral system wouldnt work on the docs

b: Does the personal information and address get TICKED once someone has looked them over?

The account would need to be verified before you can upload docs. That would mean that you have to add in a bank account to get it verified.

It wont allow anything to be uploaded otherwise
