Uk paypal account & ebay

I want to start a uk paypal & ebay account to sell dropship items.

what do i need to get a uk bank account?

Here is what I figured out so far, so please correct if any of this won't work.

VPN with uk ip

new router

mail forwarding service from uk or virtual address

a virtual phone number

just need to know how to get the bank account & cc verify paypal.

Some UK banks offer international bank accounts.

Usually to qualify you need a deposit and a certain amount of funds deposited every month.

Personally, I use HSBC for UK operations - their account requirements are pretty high but I liked them for ease of opening in branch. I have not explored other banks - would love ideas if people know how to access from Canada or US
