i keep getting a 'technical problem' error message on paypal, anyone else had this?

I keep getting the message below after i click submit when trying to 'Review and confirm my account information' to lift limits in paypal, i keep trying but its the same for the last few days, is anyone else getting this message or know what to do?

"A technical problem prevents us from completing the confirmation process now. Please try again later."

you can't try it later, just remove your cc and bank accounts and close PayPal account down, open a new one

And why would i want to waste a bank account?

They are sending the letter instead anyway, cheers.

Someone had the same problem before. What usually worked was to remove, delete all of the old credit cards (leave your checking account though) and than next day add new, never used before vcc. It should work.
