Is it just me or are the Irish paypal employees complete @r53s? Anyone know when it is best to get through to the Philippines or India for UK PayPal?

Its very hit and miss. No sure fire way to do it

Most the time you will get the Irish reps.

Yeah I think in my experience the Irish Employees tend to hold fort more on the limitation departments. Try Uk 'lunchtime' you may get lucky. Everyone needs a break right!
