So I got a mc999 on one of my accts and I called in and the guy (from u.s.) told me to just go ahead and make a new acct. Made no sense. Don't know if he was trying to test me or what but the guy goes "yea theres nothing you can do, You might as well just make a new account". At that point I was just flabbergasted and acted like I had no idea what in the world he was talking about.
Has anyone else ever been told this from a eby rep?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
its was the new mc999 telling me to click on request higher selling limits. I had bought one item and then listed an old polo shirt. I usually stick to nonbrand when starting off but I wanted to see what would happen. Account was from 2010 and had been just sitting around.
Yea sandy the reps been saying that for a while. They always tell me to try other platforms. Maybe its their way of using reverse pyschcology on us. They tell us to use another platform so we won't.

Amazing how many good older accounts I have read they have canned for only low dsrs for shipping.
Thinking their profits took a nose dive this quarter with all of the crap they have pulled on people.
Two years ago w/ my legit account, I was told I could no longer use their platform to sell items and I needed to search for alternative platforms if I wish to sell.
BUT they said I could continue buying (of course).
To this day, I still use that account to buy many items. And I took they're wonderful advice and started to sell on other platforms too (along with some stealth accounts they don't know about)
The Reps can be clueless. They will tell you anything to move onto the next caller.

Dont believe a lot of this verbal crap that comes out of their mouths - get it in writing then it's `discussable'
