Pal not releasing funds?!

HI

Ive waited over the 180 days for them to lrease funds on a stealth account, it contaings near £600

Ive sent two lots of ID and its still not available to withdraw, spoke on phone several times and they just ask for another ID which I dont have. Any advice on how to make them release it???

Lot more cases lately of PP not releasing funds with the documents submitted sadly.

Isn't looking good. All stealthers need to do whatever they can to withdraw funds before making any risky moves on their now as the 180 days release is not guaranteed anymore.

I cant see how they can get away with it, must be some way to force them to release it.

They are stealing peoples money, even if it our details are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ does not give them the right to keep it?!

Most certainly does. We breached their TOS the moment we signed up with stealth details.

Fortunately it most certainly does not. As i'm actually involved in "legal" work, such as giving legal aid, I can tell you what you said is completely incorrect. And spreading this kind of false information only helps companies like this evade the law.

The TOS they offer still need to be legal and follow the laws of the land. It would be like me putting in a shop window "I do not serve black people" it is illegal. It is illegal for them to keep funds that do not belong to them over a certain period of time unless they can 100% prove fraud. In which case the funds should be given to the rightful owners, if there is no rightful owner it would go to the government not to them.

I'll believe it's not true when people actually win against paypal. To date I haven't read a single positive story when a stealth account is involved.

But so far,you fail to prove you are the rightful owner so they will keep the money in the account until the rightful owner shows up

If you have A company on the account and the company is in your name, you're the rightful owner. I don't understand why people don't understand this.

even if you go stealth @OP, make sure to have a company registered in your name and tie it to your ebay and paypal, that way if you ever need to prove ownership, you can with the paperwork.

hi,
need help regarding my paypal hold money from last 15 months. i used stealth paypal account. and they limited it. i thought i will get money after 180 days but nothing happens.
they asking for proof of documents which i did send them several times even spend 80 pounds to get from secondeye. looks proper documents but still paypal not accepting then. i phone them yesterday then they said you need to submit your original documents.
they keep insisting me to submit your original documents.then they will revive it and release money.
my question is is that ok to send them my original documents that already used with other paypal account and that account is limited as well. please need help as 1000 pounds stuck in there.

Exactly pal. I'm pretty sure that lad and agent006140 Are paypal employees lol. Some of the stuff they come out with is ridiculous far passed being "Unintelligent" and more to send noobies in the wrong direction. But good advice given

I hear what you're saying, but just because you win a case against PayPal to get your funds back doesn't mean they will keep letting you use their services, so stealth is still necessary.

I don't ask for help on here. I occasionally buy some things, and help others. And read it to see what is going on. Some of the sellers on here who sell accounts do not even operate on ebay themselves and have openly told me so. Likewise a lot of the "bull" Is coming from long term members on here who have no idea. The tongue in cheek about them working for paypal was more of a jab at some of the silly stuff they come out with.

It's one of those things 90% of people here don't have a clue what they are talking about but still pass our bad information. so the 10% of good valid information gets covered up by bullcrap rather than "In my experience I did this" We get "YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING PAYPAL RULE THE WORLD WAHHH!!!!" and pure stupidity.
