That's a standard limitation when adding certain types of VCC. Resolution steps are to confirm the card and provide photo ID. It's a relatively easy limitation to pass but if you aren't able to get creative then probably quicker and cheaper to ditch the account and try again.

Can I change my details on PayPal to my REAL name & address and upload REAL docs?

1) Is that even possible?
2) Would they notice?
3) I have previously been banned on my original details - do they check?

1. Possible but not recommend - trips up security flags

If your REAL details were from a limited acc, dont do this. i did and got away with it for about 3 weeks but now limited... hence im here
