PayPal been limited for 2 years almost - still no withdrawal allowed

An old stealth of mine got burned a while back and it had some funds in, I did previously upload documents given by a seller on here (won't mention names), however it failed to restore the account even though an adjustment to the lighting was made.

The only way they will release the funds in my eyes is if I provide another copy, or is this account completely burned?

If so, have you tried withdrawing a small amount (Less than £70)

What was the most recent email you received from PayPal about the account.

Try what squirrel suggested. I had an old account 5 years approx, with £150 in, it allowed me to withdraw out. Account still limited alas
