selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ is a game of numbers, a customer complains, then work out the issue. try to offer 50% off and they can keep the product, if this does not work, just take the loss.
i have found this is what it is all about when selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, keep your profits high so you can always afford the losses. but always try to keep the customer happy, if this is possible and 99% of the time customers are always happy. the worst thing you can do is get mad and upset at them, remember this is business. you are not here to rip people off, but to offer quality products at the lowest prices, so they can keep up with the rich mom's.
never lie about the authenticity when asked, just let them know the product is of the highest quality. remember selling knockoffs is not a scam, so do the right thing by people if they complain because they though they really could buy a real $2500 LV for $150 then just send them a refund, as they are probably new to ebay or trying to get a free product. expect a loss every now and then, as it comes with selling these types of products. so work out a way to refund and try to get the product back, but if it does not arrive just be happy you can still make money on that account. well this is what i think.
