Advice Needed, Paypal Limited

Our paypal account has been limited on the 8th

Our system found unusual activity associated with your PayPal and eBay accounts that present a potential high risk

I called them to ask why and he said have you been unusually busy, We did have a particularly bust day on monday!

Hopeully this is the reason as i cant think what else we may have done to start this.

I faxed all the required information to them on the 9th but as of the 11th they have only put a green tick next to
PROVIDE INVOICES.

PROOF OF ADDRESS
SUPPLIER CONTACT
PROOF OF DELIVERY

I am presuming that the others will just take time to get checked off by paypal.

I have had to call paypal as when i enter the tracking numbers i just get an internal server error.

The rep took the tracking numbers down for me.

The problem that i have, is that 1 of the tracking numbers is sent international signed for by royal mail to the Czech Republic.

There is no available royal mail tracking there, they always just stop at 'your item is on its way'

Has anyone ever had this problem with paypal as i presume that they will not release the account until i can prove delivery???? i am unable to do this

I have changed all of my ebay sales to go to another paypal acccount that we have, Do you think they will limit this one or not?

You probably raised a flag with either the number of sales, volume, or deposits.

If you shipped without tracking, let them know that. Explain you didn't know shipping with tracking is available at such a low cost, and you will do it in the future. That works for me every time.
