How to sign up a new paypal account?

Having just been blocked by paypal due to "proof of inventory". Ive followed the steps on the ebay section of this site and can get back on ebay.

The problem I have is how to get Back onto Paypal.

What of the following must be changed:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Bank account
4. Phone Number

From what Ive read, I think the bank account and phone numbers must be different. But what with the name and address? Am I better off using my wifes name, but the address would still be the same?

Please advise.

Change all info in #1,2 and 4..Get a new bank account (#3)
Don't use your wife's name and the same address that was on the suspended account or you will get linked and lose your account again

But how can I have a bank account at an address I dont live at? With a false name?

Get a new bank account with all your real info...
Sign up for a new Paypal account using a ****** name and address....Paypal doesn't care...There are a few banks that let you pass with it... In US it's Bank of America, Chase and a few others... I don't know about UK... You can ask our UK members..

OK, so I can just got to my bank and open up a new account with them, all real info. Then go to paypal and use a slightly different name and address, or do they need to be a totally different address?

And use a VoIP phone number for them to verify?

Now if I do this, and at some point my account is frozen, would I ever be able to release the money?

I would use your slightly different home address..
Also, you can try your friend's/relative's address (who isn't on Ebay) in case you'll get returns, etc.

Don't forget about deleting all cookies and changing IPs every time you log in so that you wouldn't link your new Paypal and old Ebay accounts!! Also use new windows user screen.

Members here say that Voip is excellent to create a new ebay account but it's not the best choice to go with paypal...for some it works for some it doesn't...It's better to use a virtual number, soho66 or bt callsign which should match the adress..

Then, if you use your old ebay account and new PayPal, be sure that all info maches!

Akash, if you only want one account, and its not too much of a bother for you to have a new number, ring BT and tell them your wife is receiving obscene phone calls and you want your number changed. You will have your new landline number, sorted.
Open new bank account - tell them you need it to manage your money better - done
Use new windows interface for your new accounts
make sure your IP is different from the one you were using before - buy a dongle, or change provider, whatever, just make sure it is not the same as you had before.
Address, use a variation of your own address, change postcode, IE sl9 8ty becomes sl9 8tt.
