does anyone know why entro pay places annoying limits on the virtual cards, in an email quoted from them

I have a problem with limits being set on my own money. If its my money surely I should be able to spend how much of it I wish. Is there any other alternatives people have used that aren't rip off sites, I'm currently looking at

This is to do with the money laundering acts. It would be the same limits on all cards as they are required by law to set these limits.
Entropay is very good and can be trusted with your money.
