On , we attempted to transfer from your bank account, ending in . This transfer was returned by your bank on Jan 2011 for the reason below:

This is an invalid bank account number.

this account was a normal account

is it very newly made, and not fully active?, does it require a deposit to activate it? try again, remove it and re-add....

its a current account, but its an internet only account. So I'm hoping thats why... I wonder whether pp have worked out a way to crossreference the address and name? fk details used

You check both the account number and routing number? Spaces can mess up info and 1 digit off will render invalid.
