Cool 180 day hold...

Hi

After yet another demoralizing bout of suspensions, lol, I have decided to maybe opt for the 180 day hold policy and just accept the fact that when I sell an item they will keep the money for 180 days.

So I sell genuine imported Apple products and usually get limited on first sale of around £400. If it's not the first then it's the second. So £400-£800 is tied up in seven accounts at the minute. I don't have the ability to open soooo many bank accounts to verify etc - so I'm just leaving it sit there.

The question I have is that are you able to use a linked bank account in order to remove the funds after 180 days? I am guessing I'll have around thirty or more accounts up for 180-day release after the August. Come August, if I continue to sell and get limited, I could have a steady income coming in through having the 180 day policies released. I obviously won't be able to have 30 bank accounts!

So is this where my plan fails? Or does anyone have direct experience that 'any bank account is fine?!'

Any thoughts are welcome.

Cheers

Ha wider audience - this is a wider read thread for sure but don't need to double post. I posted my experienced-based reply on your other thread anyhow.

I don't know if Pa yp al UK can issue cheques. That's one way if so. If bank transfer is the only way then either you have to have the accounts or maybe you can get some kind of gift card that acts like a bank.

In the USA, there exist few options that are "gift cards" that act like bank accounts. I am sure other UK-based knowledgeable folx will chime in later. My knowledge of UK is very limited =(

No, the whole board sees the posts. One subforum or another.
NO duplicates.

i think they do issue checks or deposit the money on the cc they have.

My cc was still active so they transferred the money directly.
I was happy i received my 998 $
