 New verified pp uk account but still £1900 receiving limit?

i verified my pp account with my bank account.
then went through the steps to lift the limits.
it had the last one left which was to confirm your information, the bottom section of the limits page.
it just kept saying they cant confirm, so after reading here i checked my cc on file and it wasnt confirmed.
so i verified my cc by getting the code, and then went back to confirm my information.
again it said it couldnt do it, then after a few more attempts it said it wanted to do a phone confirmation which worked, then it said something about postal confirmation.
this is where im not too sure.
i thought it said they were sending me a letter which i have to confirm when i get it. thats fine the address is real and if thats the case then all is good.
but.......when i click on limits it has all the sections ticked and crossed out but in the section Confirm your personal information it says Unfortunately, we can't confirm your information. Send us your documents instead.
i dont think ive been asked for any i thought they just said they were sending me a letter in the post.
is this standard and do i just wait for the letter, or do i have to send in some docs or something? there is nowhere in my account where i can upload them, i dont think ive been asked for any and ive not had an email asking for any.
also, why couldnt they confirm my details?
