Default How to pay overdue fees

First post here, thought it was relevant to this thread, sorry if the wrong section or whatever

My paypal/ebay has been shut down, it was in a friends name/address and I have outstanding ebay fees of £160, I have 80 odd trapped in paypal so transferred the rest from another account and tried to pay it through the registered paypal account but it wont let me. Ebay are harassing the email account and I dont want anything to land on my mates doorstep so how can I pay them 'safely'
I dont want to use a credit card over the phone or send a cheque
Also what happens to the £80 trapped in paypal? I can refund the rest back to the other account so thats not a problem.

I bought the aspkin download and have a few questions about that also
Thanks for any help you can give :D

The only way I could think of was a postal order, but they are such a bunch of con-artists I half expect it to get stolen
