all you need to do if you're operating under stealth is to use the same stealth information for both ebay and paypal. When entering the bank information on paypal ensure that the sort code and account number matches your real bank information and you're sorted. Bank and paypal don't share names as everything is done electronically.

Does anyone know what ID Think Bank require? There's no clue on their website and I wouldn't be keen on sending an original passport in the post. So do you know if a scan/photocopy of a passport is enough??

Correct. It's the equation of the risk factor for them.

Enough 'points' it often happens no actual ID needs to be shown.

Under the 'know your customer' rules it seems that electronic verification is acceptable. Where this is not available they insist on docs. The fact that account details were sent to the address on the electronic file and acted on in a timely manner was enough. No good for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name jobby though

Last sentence should not apply to an application for a bank account under any circumstances. Bad move by an applicant, daft tbf.

How much does Think Banking cost? I have an account with Secure Trust Bank, quite happy with the £12.50 monthly charge.

Whoever the member "Gagi" is - no posts, no thanks, no longevity, please don't pm me asking questions about my activity .......... thank you

If you're looking for answers perhaps you could start by buying the "stealth guide" rather than asking "dodgy" questions by pm when you have no history.
