faxed off some stuff last week for my account, got an email saying still need to send docs as they need to be visible etc, i thought they were but ok then.
So i uploaded them in pdf file via the site, next day i had the same email again....
i have emailed the below like they say but no response, how long do they take or how long should i wait.
