New acc. Lifted and verified. Is there a chance they ask for tracking number?

I have signed up a few new paypal account. They are now lifted and verified.

So now there is no receiving limit of £1,900 per year. I want to know if there is any chance within one or 2 year(s) that they will ask for document again?, if I am selling on ebay only and selling no risk item like old books, second hand books, old CDs....something like that? Is new account that is verified and lifted will be safe for document requested again like before?



Also is there a chance they will ask for tracking number of many transaction in near future like before (as I remember with last account, for some amount of time, they will ask for such information and your documents too)? I don't mean that I will not use "delivery with tacking number". But I just want to know these new system of paypal.

Verified status on PayPal gives you credibility with buyers when purchasing high value items over PayPal. However my concern is the newness of your PayPal account depending on what you are selling, and how you are selling your items it's hit and miss I've had the same problems before. People think because you've verified your PayPal account it's home and dry, selling the items you are selling I'd still expect some items to fall into the 21 days hold and tracking number required. PayPal can request documents at any time if they flag your account for a manual review it happens, if they see you've got a minor discrepancy on your PayPal account they will do that if they need to. I'd be careful and take it easy!

Selling low risk items helps but going slow and build cred with pa yp al is much better.

Sadly, you can become limited at ANY time regardless of prior unlimitations - be aware of that and plan accordingly.

Can you give me sample of case to lead to limitation in selling low risk items?

No matter what you do, whether your stealth or genuine, there is always a chance.

It can happen at any time without warning like death.

One example is if you try to list way too many listings - a sheer rise in number can plant you.

Oh, If I plan to list about 500 listings of old stuff (and many more new items), it's gonna be risk then?

I've just had a rolling reserve put on a fairly solid account - nothing is guaranteed

It's a % taken from YOUR earnings and held in paypal's rolling reserve. (Ie they make interest on the money not you).

Say you had earnings of £1000, they might take 10% of that. Meaning, you are out of pocket by £100 AND have the probability they might take more down the line.

Started in late 2009, and they are cranking it up more these days

A reserve is money we temporarily hold in your account to make sure you can cover potential losses possibly arising from reversals or chargebacks etc. Your reserves are listed next to your balance on your Account Overview page.

Note: We may need to adjust your reserve amount from time to time.
