Advice on setting up a PP account which is not linked to ebay

Recently I have been getting a lot of out of ebay payments to my paypal accounts which are linked to my ebay.

I have read somewhere previously on the forum the paypals which are not linked to ebay have different limits and are much less prone to getting limitations?

Has anybody any experience with paypals used solely for out of ebay payments.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Errrm, not so sure about the limitation part, i know they say you won't have 21 day hold on payments but they and do can stick a rolling reserve on you, 10-20% of each sale for 30 or 90 days and the time frame is indefinite.
