When I say start from scratch I mean exactly that - everything - bank accounts, name, address, products, pictures - everything!!

Your current situation is totally toxic - everything associated with it is totally toxic - it cannot be rescued - it is kaput - it is no more - it cannot be resourected - IT CANNOT BE USED IF YOU WANT A SIMPLE LIFE!!!!

I'm sorry - there is no other way to put it

Wrap up your dealings with the old accounts and close that user accoint until you can collect your money

New Email address - new Ebay account - new Paypal account - new name - new address - new phone number - new IP - new pictures - new description - new user account

Yes???

Lolz. Why harsh?

Harsh is what calling them up just to listen to this...

"Mam! We can't let you use PayPal anymore."

And I can't mention their TONE (real harsh).

Ok so to conclude, another bank account went down. For this account, I had to upload my husband's ID/statement to get it verified. What do you think if they ask for ID's for the future accounts, will this create problems?

Keeping in mind each and every single step you mentioned I successfully created dozens of accounts, some of them are doing good. Until one day I logged in to my PayPal to receive:

We recently noticed an issue with your account. For information on what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Centre.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

00 Oct 0000: We recently received complaints from at least one buyer who indicated that there was a problem with the item they received.

We've looked into the matter on behalf of the buyer and we'd like to work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.

To resolve this matter it may help to take the following steps:
1. If your account has insufficient funds to cover the amount for a pending refund, please add funds to your PayPal account.
2. Send an email authorising PayPal to process the outstanding refunds in full. You can contact PayPal by selecting the Contact Us link in the footer of all PayPal pages.

(Your case ID for this reason is 00-000-000-000-000.)

----------------------

I did what they ask me to do (the above two steps)
Now it's been more that three days and nothing proceeded. What would you suggest me to do?

...

The answer is simple - BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IT WRONG

And
Until you learn the error of your ways by taking time out to understand the process of whats actually needed to make and maintain long standing accounts then it will be a vicious circle you will continually find yourself in.

I did not link all 18 with PP. Just created and letting those age. Currently 2 eBay accounts linked with one PP in each user account (brings to 6 in total).

You have messed everything up.You'd better reread ebay stealth guide. You have so many acc linked and lost.Do not waste your time in opening new Bank acc in uk asone day you will run out of them.Just make 2-3 new ebay acc with 2-3 Paypals with 2-3 new user PC names and try to grow them up .Do not be in a hurry.I was in a hurry and lost 6-7 acc.
1paypal-1ebay-1user name thats the best way

I second that!

I know it is "possible" to link 8 eBay's to 1 PP, but if you want less problems, it is always the best way to have a 1 to 1 operation.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I am in the process of dumping the old accounts (I believe it is a process in itself as currently I am receiving emails from PayPal, eBay and buyers on daily basis).

So as soon as I get rid of this mess...
