You won't be asked for invoices to lift the £1900 limit on a Premier Account. Invoices are generally asked for when dealing with a risk based limitation. As your merchandise comes from China you can expect this somewhere down the line.:D
As GrannyT has said, you will be asked for photo ID (driving license or passport) AND a utility bill or bank / credit card statement.
Don't wait until you reach the limit to send in the docs - do it asap. First get your docs prepared then try and lift the limit. When the checks fail for the second time you will be asked to send in the docs. I used to think faxing was the best method but to be honest if the docs are good enough just upload - far quicker and less hassle.
