Using paypal to recieve money only ???

I've had a perfectly working eb and pp account used to do mostly buying and selling the odd bits from my home ocassionally.

Lo and behold, one day I get an email from pp saying that they're puttin my £450 on hold as they need to investigate my account.

Fastforward past many emails and phone calls the story ended wiith pp keeping my money with no reasonable explanation other than that the last few payments (£250 deposited in, and £100 deposited in by a someone I built some computers for and did some networking for as well) were not explainable.

Nothing was ever wrong with my eb ac but I stopped using it altogether as I was so appalled.

My question is; can I just create as many pp accounts as I desire to recieve money from blogs and fb without any comebacks?

Nope.

paypal restrict accounts if they perceive risks.

No sensible user of paypal should think they can get away without being poorly treated.

We're yet to find the magic formula of never being limited

Well, I want to use pp to recieve payments online as it would totally open up my market. Should I just create a new stealth account and hope that it works out?
