If you dont send anything in the account is toast so really you have nothing to lose...:violin: |

As they are payment processors they are fully covered by the FSA the same as your bank or card issuer who also have full access to your financial data. The Data Protection Act means they cannot disclose this info to any 3rd party but can use such info within their own organisation to prevent fraud.
Judging by the OP's initial post this is not just a routine ID check but is probably going to be looked at by a fraud prevention agent whom I would guess has all the data on the card. |
| Callidus | 03-15-2012 05:29 AM | If that is the case then this account is toast ! |
| GrannyT | 03-15-2012 06:41 AM | Have to agree with that |

There are loads of idiots that work in Paypal so your chances of getting one reviewing your limitation is fairly good.

indeed sir, but some smarties too :-( |
| oompaloompa | 03-15-2012 02:39 PM | I would send the entro statement, entro is fine, it is not banned by paypal, it is a visa - any minor issues are easy to fix |

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that someone used an Entropay Statement before and got their account restored. After uploading and sending it, it would be best to give them a call and explain that Entropay Statements does not include addresses, the rep should note it down so whoever reviews your account will see that information. |
| oompaloompa | 03-16-2012 04:30 AM | it does contain address, under acc settings page, then also send the card page that shows number and cvs etc. send 2 pages. |
As pointed out by many, do not make a bogus statement. They know 100% where card is from no mater what card or where you got it. All numbers are assigned by Visa and are specifically set for various sources. Be it VCC, gift card, real, entropay...
Supply whatever you can from entropay site. It will prove its your entropay account. No way around this one. They either take it or wont. But a bogus statement is death |

| bicawi | 03-18-2012 08:30 AM | The PP account has been closed. It must have been something else as I haven't actually sent them the requested cc statement yet.
Interestingly, when they have asked for photo ID on a couple of accounts recently I have not provided it and had success with just sending address proof by fax with the fax header for photo ID. I suppose it's a matter of getting it looked at |
| FizzyFish | 03-18-2012 09:28 AM | I am in the same boat right now - limited and asked for the works, including a CC statement which is for Entropay.
I have opted for the "honesty is the best policy" ;) route in regards to Entropay. I have submitted several screen shots from the account to try to show what PP want. So that's what I did
