What do you think of my situation?

hello, i've had a few paypal accounts in the past but i currently only using 1 that's working with my ebay for buying and selling. Problem is i added barclays savings account at the start when i first opened the paypal account and then one day it's ****ing gone as if some one deleted it. I tried adding funds with the barclays savings, then it said it would need to be reviewed if i carried on needing me to fax them my photo id driving license which i won't be doing. It's weird that the barclays saving is gone but the paypal account is fine, it's verified as well. I'm looking forward to read what you say.

What bank account should i open to fund or withdraw money from for my paypal? i read santander is good.

The problem is that it was a savings account. Whilst they can be used to verify and withdraw to, Paypal dont like them as they do not accept the dd mandate. This is the reason the bank has been removed.

All the banks you've mentioned are fine. It is also better to open basic accounts instead of full current accounts.
