Withdrawing from stealth Paypal without bank account?

Is anybody over here using other withdrawal methods apart from withdrawing to a bank account. I'm not talking about methods such as buying gifts and other stuff using the stealth paypal account, but more cashing out.

How bad is it really to transfer funds to other stealth accounts (which are not used for ebay) then cashing out?

Really not advised to transfer from one PP to another. Causes a link.

There is a thread about somewhere with a number of different ways to 'cash out' without bank accounts.

Most methods involved buying and then reselling.
