One thing is for certain though, a lot of UK people are having accounts limited. You wont get hundreds of people posting them here though because 1) some people will shrug it off and move on 2) not everyone who uses stealth uses this site and 3) some infrequent users of eb or pp may not even know yet.
And if this is happening in the UK you can be certain that it'll happen elsewhere as soon as they can implement it. Stealthing just got a whole lot more difficult.

Maybe it's a wrong thread for this question, but I'm itching to know.
Guys do you dispatch items or inform the buyers when Eboy/paipal limit your account?
In my case I just turn back to those fallen soldiers. For example, when paipal limited my last ac I had 70+ parcels waiting for dispatch. So I sent them an email asking what should I do with all "their" customers?...I am still waiting for their reply to take action (it's been more than a month)

If customers have paid for the items then you need to post them or refund them.
Simple as that

Yes, that is the rule. BUT! If paipal limit your account with your money for at least 180 days and giving you a hint that you may never get your money back.
Technically your paipal received the money, but you don't have them. What do you do then?

Either refund the buyers or wait the 180 days to get your money.
No other options.

Well, the funniest thing is I can't refund the buyers. If you experienced recent "ID" ban you will know that they take ALL the rights, even to refund. Before limitation it was a very well established TOP rated account.
In my eyes, it's their customers now. When they were my customers I cared and treated them well. But hey I asked them what should I do with them and they did not even bother to reply. If they treat me like a sh*t, then I can't care less. It's their sinking ship now.
I'm just wondering how many accounts like mine are there. 100? 1000? 10000? If there are more than a 1000 seller accounts left in a state like mine....then OH BOY! 7000 - 10000 customers will not receive Xmas gifts and loose trust in ebay?! Sounds worrying!
P.S. I know that after many opened cases and long waiting they will get their money back.

Crazyinside is right
The last limitation I got removed the ability to give refunds. Not sure what PP expect you to do to be honest.

I had the same limitation with the ability to refund, not sure why they did not allow others to do the same.

I also received the same limitation on paypal the 2 days ago so i decided t call them immediately to see what the issue was a there was no indication on how to remove the limitation.
The customer adviser mentioned that they require additional information ( id , etc) and she confirmed that they already had my details on file. Unfortuantley she said she was unable to provide further information and i should write an email to paypal asking what to do in order to resolve as the matter is dealt with by their back office staff . I have sent the email and it has been 24 hours and still not reply except for the automated reply message.
I have also recently updated a new card to pp stealth as the previous one expired last month. I have now once again loogein into my pp and its now request for verification and to provide the expose numbers. Is this normal when simply updating new credit card details?
could this be the reason why my paypal has been limited ( i hope) as oppose to what is happening to others on this post?
How long does it takes for these expose number take to appear on entropay statement ?
Any input would be appreciated guys

What I did was, on that user desk top, I have removed all the paypal linked (reimbursement method, automatic payments etc) to the active ebay. Changed email, address , and username. I also then cleaned the history and cookies
I then immediately opened/created another user desk top with a slight change of name.
Opened a new paypal account also with a slight change of name (ie john, instead of jon). I linked this new paypal with the new email address,, and all address including new phone number to my old ebay. Its now working well. Its now been a few months running smoothly. | I await your post in tears when you have money stuck in it. Short term solution and only to be tried at your OWN risk.

Like what i said, its probably not the norm, but more of a glitch. I thought we were free to share our own experiences here.
With this in mind, I always withdraw regularly from that account and leave no more than £150 at any one time. I leave there what I can lose.
I am just sharing my experience. with the OPs question and stating my personal experiment. Thats it. Its not an advice. The worse that can happen is I lose that bank account. But at least I can earn a bit more than starting again from 0 feedback on ebay.
To some extent, we have our days numbered on all our ebay and paypal accounts. Sometimes, for no reason, paypal gets limited (just like whats goin on on the 15th of 29th november) or ebay gets suspended even with 100 percent positive feedback. We just try to earn as much as we can on the accounts that we can keep active before they kill us again.
