If Im not mistaken the 180 day start ticking the second the limitation hits. You don't need to do anything about it. After the 180 have elapsed you will get an email telling you your funds are eligible for withdrawal.

OP - did you buy this account or was this one you made yourself?

Had ID been submitted to lift the 1900 limit on this?

just a FYI, there's a big game chance with UK paypal accounts and limitations.

Older info is not always going to work now.

We need more info from the OP to determine what to do.

I've had exactly the same happen to me on 15/11. It was an account purchased some months ago which had had the limits already lifted. No information on how to remove the limitation or what they wanted, it was just blank. Not bothered calling or sending an email and just wrote it off. Waiting to see if they decide to release the money after 180 or earlier like they sometimes do.

If you lucky they tend to release a % each month after the first 30 days elapse.

Yeah, they actually released the full balance this morning. Got the email saying they keep it 30-180 days blah blah. This was the first communication I have had since receiving the limitation and the first information received as like the OP, and others, there was very little information and no checklist of stuff to do to remove the limitation or anything , just a blank space.

I always build my account slowly.

One thing i always do is to make sure PayPal never ever have money in the account.

When my accounts does go down, atleast I not pulling my hair out.

Most of these limited accounts i have been reading about is mostly with money in the account.

How much money is being left in PayPal accounts?

I just had £200 left in there. Had been withdrawing regularly, every few days, over a period of several months. Wasn't any kind of spike, just think it was part of a cull. Well I don't analyse it too much as you never know with Paypal, at the end of the day it's limited!

I had the same limitation but did not receive a message a 180 days notice for 2 of my accounts. The third one did receive this message.

Does this mean that the 180 days is still counting down despite me not receiving an email informing me of this?
