My call from PayPal. Lifted all my limits!
I had a issue with one of my PayPal account.
I couldn't add a bank account. Had these issues before.
Normally it is not glitz error from PayPal. It is issue to verify your details.
I did email PayPal to add my account manually but did not work.
I had a feeling that PayPal would call. Someone from Phillipines called me.
I did not had my details in front of me, since I was away from the desk. I politely asked if you can me after 5 mins.
Anyway, got a call. I was calm and collective. Had all my details in front of me.
The PayPal agent asked me few details. Like name and address etc etc.
We chatted for for few mins about the weather, UK and Phillipnies.
Then asked what's my bank details.
He added it on and also all my limits are lifted.
He did say he wanted to verify my details. Didn't go to much into it but it had been lifted.
The thing is you have to be calm and be confident. Act like this is your real account. If you are polite they are polite
If you give a reason to suspect something they would start to go in details and flag your account.
After all the hassle I had from last week with my real account and nasty buyer.
This has made this week a nice one.
