Unhappy Paypal Limitation - Cannot be appealed? Need Answers

I have two businesses both limited and registered at the same address.

One business has got a limitation and cannot be appealed by paypal.

The other is a fine, but I used the same IP and and computer to log in. Will my other paypal account become limited aswell?

My account was limited with over £2k in it. I provided invoices and proof of delivery, so I decided to refund all of my orders over the bank holiday weekend because I could not afford to wait 180 days. very disappointed, far up most, its Christmas coming up and now I have no income from that business. They normally do checks every yr and this has never happened and I take 60% of sales over paypal.

Please can you give me options? I had the paypal account to my website. I stopped dealing with ebay along time ago because ebay limited my account after I had 99% feedback as people just opened cases because they didnt get they item the next day, when free delivery was 3-5 days. I have done everything by the books and still got hit.

Theres a reason why they banned you..they normally give a reason, or at least an excuse, what does it say?

Also do both accounts have their customs house registered company numbers on them to show they are legitimate trading entities?

I wouldn't give up on eBay. That is what stealth is for.

COULD your other PayPal become limited as well? Yes. But it is not guaranteed to happen. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. I recommend not letting a ton of money sit in your PayPal account. That way, if it gets limited, the hit is easier to take.

Have you thought about getting your own merchant account for your website?

It means jumping through some hoops, of course, but the benefit is that if they decide to no longer to business with you, they will usually give you 30 days notice, unlike PayPal who just confiscated your money.
