Limitation cannot be appealed. Options??

Okay, so my PayPal account has been permanently limited because I was underage when I first made the account. I of course completely understand and don't want to try to push the issue because legally I wasn't even supposed to have the account (duh). I also didn't use my full legal name. (My last name is hyphenated and I just used one of the names even though it is technically one name because of the hyphen. For example, last name Taylor-Smith and just using Smith.) Trust me, I get I was stupid.

But now I'm 18 and will be switching banks in the next week or so and therefore will have a new card and account. Do you think I could open a new account with my full legal name, different email, and the new card/account?

yes you can names don't really make a huge impact in making accounts.

also remember, you need a brand new ip address and phone number for the accounts as well.

(just dont use any old info such as cc,email,ect)

Would also be smart to make a new user account on your computer

Welcome to the forums - learn stealth. All new info is important.

You can do a name variation if all other info is different too.

New user account is key as well
