We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit your account or rescind your access to Managed Payments (in which case your account may be reverted to its original state without Managed Payments or, if this reversion is not possible, your ability to sell on eBay may be limited, suspended or terminated) in the event we are unable to obtain or verify any of this information. We are not responsible for any losses suffered by you as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.
